Ya Amar Dance presents this pop-up Dabke workshop, with sensational Palestinian artist Luai Ahmaro!

Luai's Bio: Being an electronic-Dabke enthusiast, Luai's music is earthy, folky, and upbeat. Growing up inspired by traditional Palestinian music, his first ever release of modernized folklore mashups hit millions of views and was marked a cornerstone in the local music scene for their innovative approach on boosting cultural music and dance with a new electronic and unique interpretation.
Luai's love for Dabke dance goes hand in hand with his love of the music, and he can't wait to share some of this Palestinian cultural dance with you!

Raqs & Rosé Vol. 3
Ya Amar's 3rd annual year-end Dance Social and Fundraiser, featuring performances by Ya Amar instructors, students and Special guests from across Toronto and the GTA! Enjoy the show, socialize, dance, drink, and have a great time - all while we raise funds for the Focus Congo initiative!
Event details:
Timing: Doors open at 2:00pm, show starts at 3:00pm, followed by an open dance floor party and social.
Fundraiser: All profits from ticket sales will be donated to Focus Congo - helping to provide food, shelter, medical care, and protection to women and children in the Congo.
